How do I join FordPass™ Rewards?

Once you register for FordPass™ through the FordPass™ app or website, you’ll become a FordPass™ Rewards member. Each Ford owner needs to create a FordPass™ Rewards account, but you can list multiple VINs if you have more than one vehicle. You can view your FordPass™ Rewards Points balance on both the app and the FordPass™ website, or our Old Bridge Ford dealership can provide you with that information. Your FordPass™ Rewards Points will expire if you don’t use your account to earn or redeem them for more than 365 consecutive days.

What is happening to Owner Advantage Rewards?

FordPass™ Owner Advantage Rewards is evolving into FordPass™ Rewards, which means your OAR balance, regardless of how many accounts you have, will transfer to your FordPass™ Rewards account. To make sure the points have transferred, check your FordPass™ Rewards balance on the app, online or at All American Ford in Old Bridge.

What is the FordPass™ Welcome Reward?

When you buy a new Ford and activate FordPass™ Connect, you’ll receive our Welcome Reward, which is a complimentary maintenance package. However, you’ll receive this reward in the form of 42,000 points for a gas vehicle and 75,000 points for a diesel vehicle, so you can redeem them for another Ford service if you’d like. The maintenance package includes 7,500-mile service, 15,000-mile service and 22,500-mile service. It will take up to 30 days for the Welcome Reward to show in your FordPass™ Rewards account.

How do I earn FordPass™ Rewards Points?

You can earn FordPass™ Rewards Points through the Welcome Reward, through Ford service, choosing a preferred Ford dealer, completing a brand experience survey and using certain FordPass™ app features. Points will be available in your account within 10 days of service and 30 days of sales transaction. You’ll be glad to know that there’s no cap on earning points!
