What is the All-New 2019 Ford Edge ST?
Everyone loved the huge step forward Ford took with the 2018 Ford Edge. Now Ford is taking it a step further with the All-New 2019 Ford Edge. The new model year includes two brand new trims: the 2019 Ford Edge Titanium Elite and the 2019 Ford Edge ST. The excitement around these new trims is growing quickly. It is like the previously popular Edge Sport trim, but on steroids. The 2019 Edge ST is the first Ford SUV to be created by the Ford Performance Team, meaning it’s going to be one of the most powerful, most capable and most fun to drive SUVs ever built.
What is so special about the 2019 Ford Edge ST?
Meet the newest member of the Ford Performance family. Powered by a 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine that delivers a whooping 335 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of torque coupled with a finely tuned eight-speed transmission, makes this the highest performing Edge yet. The 2019 Edge ST has road-gripping all-wheel drive, a sport-tuned suspension and race-inspired paddle shifters. It will change the way you feel about driving on the Garden State Parkway on the weekends. You’ll look forward to the trips down to the Jersey Shore.
We’re in love with the new striking grille with gloss black-painted mesh and prominent ST logo. The 2019 Ford Edge will be the first SUV to include Ford Co-Pilot360™ – a suite of standard driver-assist technologies that includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS®) with cross-traffic alert, Lane-Keeping System, rear view camera and auto high-beam headlamps. When is the release date for the 2019 Ford Edge ST?
The 2019 Edge ST is coming soon! Despite the 2019 moniker, it should hit Ford showrooms this summer.
